We offer you the opportunity to check your order upon its arrival by our courier, so please take a few moments to examine your order as refund is only available on the spot for the entire order. Kindly note that in case of on spot return, the shipping fee will be added to your account to be paid with your future order.

Cancellation and Order Information Editing Policy:

At Worood, we understand that circumstances may occasionally require you to make changes to your order ,that's why you are allowed to cancel or edit order information within 5 hours from placing your order.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are only available on rare occasions, as in the case of defective item(s).
  • To be eligible for exchange, you must report the defect within 2 days from the date of order arrival.

Exchange Conditions:

To initiate an exchange, please ensure that:

  • The scarf is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • The scarf is returned in its original packaging.

Exchange Process:

In case of defective item(s) only:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@worood.co within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Once the defect is validated, we assure you that if the item is in stock , it will be exchanged within few days. In case the item is out of stock, a credit equivalent to the item's value will be promptly credited to your account to be applied to your future purchases with us.

Conditions Applicable

The guarantee does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper care, or regular wear and tear. In cases of defects from the specified reasons, the one-year guarantee will be declared void.

For this reason, we highly encourage you to follow the care instructions provided within the package.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Exchanges and refunds are unavailable for this product.

In the case of manufacturing defects, customers are entitled to a full refund or exchange. During the exchange or refund procedure, the customer must provide the original invoice of the order.

After receiving the order, our experts will assess whether the defect is applicable under the one-year guarantee policy. The quality control inspection can take up to 7 business days.
