Q: What are the available payment options when making a purchase ?
A: Worood offers you the flexibility to select your preferred payment method either by opting for paying Cash on delivery or , for added convenience , we accept Visa and various Electronic Wallets to seamlessly complete your payment.

 

Q: How long does it take to receive my order ?
A: Orders are promptly delivered to arrive within 5-7 working days inside Egypt and within 10-15 working days for International orders.

Our hardworking team invests a great effort to meet these delivery timelines. However , we kindly ask for your understanding during periods of restocks and new product launches when we experience high volumes of orders that might result in slight delays in delivery timeframes.

 

 

Q: What will I find in my Worood package ?
A: Normally , your order's items are packaged in a box that holds up to two scarves. However , if you would like each item to be boxed separately or wrapped as a gift , we welcome your special requests and we kindly ask you to leave a note during the checkout process.

 

Q: What is Worood's Return & Exchange Policy ?
A:
Worood offers its valuable customers the luxury to check their orders upon arrival while the courier is waiting outside. You have the option to return the entire order on the spot and before the courier departs. Please note that we do not accept partial returns and refund of items is not available once the courier leaves.

This policy guarantees our customers that the products are delivered in a perfect condition while maintaining a high level of hygiene and quality standards.
