• All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays).
• During collection launches or periods of high demand, processing may require additional time.
Shipping Methods
• Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas. Please check availability and cut-off times at checkout.
• Standard Delivery: Delivered within 7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Fees
• Calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.
• Additional fees apply for same-day delivery (visible at checkout if eligible).
Packaging Options
Every piece is carefully:
• Wrapped in parchment paper

Package Handling and policy
To ensure product integrity and hygiene, all packages are securely sealed and not eligible for opening upon delivery.

To cancel an order that hasn’t been fulfilled yet, please contact us at care@worood.co within 24 hours of placing your order.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.
Please email care@worood.co within 24 hours of delivery with the following:
• Your order number
• A copy of your invoice
• Clear photos of the damaged item
Our customer care team will investigate and respond promptly.
Return And Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure every piece meets your expectations. However, due to hygiene considerations, returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects.
Return Eligibility (Defective Items Only)
You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
• Unused and unwashed
• In its original condition with all tags attached
• Returned in the original WOROOD packaging
Return Process
1. Email us at care@worood.co with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the defect with the tag visible
• A brief description of the issue
2. Once received, our quality control team will inspect the piece. This process may take up to 14 days.
3. If the return is approved, we will contact you to choose between:
• A refund (processed via your original payment method), or
• An exchange for another item of equal value
Important Notes
• WOROOD reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria.
• Items that are used, washed, or returned without original packaging and tags will not be accepted.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
